The process is LONDON DRY, we distilled fresh herbs and wanted to conjure up summer in gin. If we succeeded, you will tell.

Juniper berries mixed with the flavors of fragrant citrus, with the added freshness of lemongrass and lemon balm spiced with lime leaves. With the right herbs, we just came up with the perfect combination of fresh, naturally sweet, delicate, slightly spicy flavors and named them CITRUS gin BRIN. Friends call him C GIN.
