With gin and tonic in hand, we’ll give you an insight into how we got started, take you on a tour of our distillery, and explain our production process so you can really feel the work in the distillery. We will then take you on a guided tasting of our gins to help you understand the flavors, ways of making them and discover the styles of gin that you prefer, as well as your favorite gin preparation plants.
Then you are ready to learn the skills of gin distillation. We will guide you through choosing your own fragrances, weighing each of them, and finally distilling your own bottle to take home.
